Powderpuff Championship Game

Lovett won the 2011 Powderpuff Championship today!!! Even though I don't play powderpuff, a lot of my friends at Lovett do and after an undefeated season, Lovett remains #1. As a Lovetteer, I am rather proud of the powderpuff team and how they dominated even though it was cold and raining during the game today.

The game was against the GSA (Graduate Student Association) and the final score was 18-12. Incidentally, last year's championship game was also Lovett vs. GSA. This morning, there was a possibility that the game was going to be postponed due to inclement weather because the rain was pouring hard outside. But the rain lessened to a drizzle when the game started later in the afternoon and after leading in the first half, we brought it home in the end. Also, nobody slipped or got hurt- a plus, because someone usually gets hurt during an intense game. :]
