CUHK IASP Welcoming Dinner

Earlier tonight, we had a CUHK IASP  Welcoming Dinner for all the exchange students at The Star Seafood Floating Restaurant 明星海鮮舫.

Vice Chancellor welcoming us to CUHK!
Outside the Floating Seafood Restaurant.
The table I was at during the Welcoming Dinner. Most of the people I was sitting with happened
to be from San Diego State, with a sprinkling of people from France, with the rest from
American schools: Berkeley, Miami, PennState, Georgetown & UMass.

On a side note, there are these Kinder Bueno chocolate bars for sale at the counter everytime I go to a supermarket, pharmacy, 7/11 or canteen (dining hall.) They are as ubiquitous as Hershey's is back in the States. I've seen Kinder bars in the States before, but I never really tried one until I got here. I gotta say, I LOVE them. Most Kinder bars have hazelnut in them and it's like just eating a bar of nutella slathered chocolate. They are absolutely wonderful and SO yummy. New favorite candy.
